Comunità in crescita è un progetto selezionato da Con i Bambini nell’ambito del Fondo per il contrasto della povertà educativa minorile, rivolto a 1430 bambini afghani con particolare attenzione alle bambine e alle donne.
The Fund for Combating Child Educational Poverty has launched the project "With Afghan Children" , which we decided to join.
Our goal is to activate and consolidate a widespread system of inclusion that, through the strengthening of the social support network, guarantees minors and their families stable inclusion in the relevant territorial community. In pursuing this goal, also in agreement with schools, Asl, Cipia and city services, care is always taken for the inclusion of Afghan minors along with the inclusion of any minor in difficulty. Educational accompaniment paths are activated in the reception centers, at school and in the informal and social contexts attended. For each minor taken in charge, an individualized educational plan is prepared based on the "educational dowry" management system, which makes it possible to cover all the accompanying expenses that will be necessary.
The project is implemented in collaboration with Pangea Onlus, a second-level partner.
The project was selected by Con i Bambini as part of the Fund for Combating Childhood Educational Poverty. The Fund was created through an agreement between the Foundations of Banking Origin represented by Acri, the National Forum of the Third Sector and the government. It supports interventions aimed at removing obstacles of an economic, social and cultural nature that prevent minors from fully enjoying educational processes. To implement the Fund's programs, the social enterprise Con i Bambini, a nonprofit organization wholly owned by Fondazione CON IL SUD, was established in June 2016.
