The Municipality of Desenzano del Garda and the main associations with a social vocation have shared the need for coordination of all activities aimed at coping with the instances brought by citizens waiting to host refugees arriving from Ukraine: this is the goal of "Noi Ci Siamo - Ukraine"
The Social Services Sector, already prepared in dealing with the phenomenon of immigration and in particular on the issue of the reception of people with refugee status, in collaboration with "Project Reception & Integration - Un Sole per Tutti," a company that has long been accredited with central government agencies, has drawn up a detailed proposal for structured intervention, including the coordination of solidarity actions promoted by the existing network of volunteers.
A crucial information service has also been set up to "help those who want to help." Specifically, from Tuesday, March 15, it will be possible to call or send a Whatsapp message to 3885727634 to request information, to make one's property available or to donate basic necessities.
