The cooperative, strengthened by its years of experience in assisting and managing intercultural issues within ordinary reception centers (SAI) and extraordinary reception centers (CAS), proposes a Linguistic and Cultural Mediation service aimed at encouraging positive and proactive action to bridge the condition of disadvantage in which the immigrant population sometimes finds itself.
Linguistic Cultural Mediation is used as a tool to foster interaction between immigrants and territorial service networks, facilitating the reduction of prejudices and forms of discrimination through the promotion of reciprocal modes; thus representing a "bridging" figure between immigrant citizens and local society by performing a triple function in support of both parties:
